BE blocking file D3DX9_43.dll, can't play. Please help!

My computer is a freshly built new PC, with Windows 10. After installing APB, BattlEye is giving me this error:

[INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\D3DX9_43.dll".

Which fails to load the game, and the launcher closes. I've only installed a few games on this PC: Path of Exile, League of Legends, Warframe, Minecraft. They all run flawless.
I've tried using the Repair function in the launcher, Run launcher as admin, Run steam as admin, repaired my C++ Distributables, and even reinstalling APB Reloaded entirely. No other community posts and videos have resolved the issue.

Please help me fix this! :(

its blocking it because its been modifyed by a virus you should get that checked

I have a similar issue on my brand new computer and after tearing my hair out trying several fixes - like you - I realized the problem: my new computer is 64bit only. APB is 32bit. That might not be your issue, but just thought I'd mention it. I don't have problems with War Thunder or Apex Legends on the new rig. But APB, yeah.

Sometimes BattlEye can make mistakes, but it's next to impossible to find the cause without taking a look at diagnostic files.
