Joker Carbine SR115 for close range and Obeya CR762 for long range are the most versatile weapons you can get from NPCs, then you have plenty of choices from Armas market to pick something of your taste.

all depends play style and mods, oca cj3+reflex3,pmg cj3+rflex3,ntec close and mid range it can pretty much fill any role.
