Help with linking my account.

So I just started playings this game again and apparantly my old accounts password has expired, and changing it is impossible since the email service I used has closed down. So I created a new account, which isn't a problem considering that I wanted to start over anyways. The problem is linking my new account to steam, I can't do it since the old one is still linked. How can I link my new account while unlinking the previous one?

Can't you just simply log out and log in with your new account which you can then link? If not then you'll have to contact support.
