they can if they have the same song as you, Ive had friends say "you have that song" and a few times weve had the same song so yes and no when it comes to being able to hear your music..

Indeed , people with the same mp3 music/song file can hear the same song, thats why me and my friends share our songs.well shared as apb been dead for 2 years XD

Donno where you heard that, but it only works if the in-game uploaded music is playing.

Your imported songs are only played to you.

How I know: Used to think I was cool in my han veo blaring in-game melodies...
