Nah, your character is stuck on that server (unless you created a Nekrova character, which will be merged with Citadel soon)
You can create a new character on a different server however.

fml, i made my char like 5 years ago probably... was on a joker server on which i had a good ping on.. and now im on some US server, its kinda playable but i feel the lag.

Since i used to be playing on Joker servers since they got shutdown'd a couple of years ago im on some american server i have ~120-180ms which is kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to play with.. but i made a second character on EU servers and they are kinda dead.. happy that im not on eu servers right now.

eu server is the one that is more alive lol

Well, i went on at like 4pm on eu servers and there were like 120ppl in the social district and the rest in silver waterfront or district (1 server was only full)

Guessing this is still the same? Also started this in 2015 and it seems mine is in the EU. (tho the servers aren't as bad as I remember I guess?)
