The reason you cannot enter the game.

Developers are connecting new servers. Matthew writes that due to tight deadlines (they plan to be in time before November 25), server failures can occur.
There were problems moving servers to another data center. So far, from the information there is only that they are trying to solve problems. But how long it will take is incomprehensible.

Message from developers.

Our servers are currently down on all of our platforms (PC, PS4, XBOX) for a server migration that we hope will bring a better experience to your sessions. The team is working fast on this migration but we do not have an ETA when the servers will be back up. We’ll post again with updates as they are available.

ERROR/Login Failed Code 9 (I can't login) Please fix

I don't know why but I tried logging into my steam account on APB launch & I can't login but it says this.

Unable to connect to the login server (error code 9).

The game may be down for maintenance, please check the APB forums for more details. If you believe the game is not down for maintenance please submit a ticket to customer support.

And also i know it's not down for maintenance cause there's no holiday, no hot-fix, no update or unless the game gets hit by anonymous and the servers don't go down at 9pm to reset server for me around 2am-7am it does

Can't play the game.

Used to play this game, and left it for some reason. Now I am coming back to this, but can't seem to play it. Everything works just fine, and after the loading, a cinematic starts, at a street with some cars blowing up and some people fighting. As soon as the cinematic progresses to show what seems like a Road block wit some people there. The game stops for a moment and then crashes. Need help

The dll files seems to cause the problems. I was playing other games, like PUBG Lite, and other online games just last night, and they didn't have such problem. SO, this suggests that this is a problem with Either the copy of the game or the Anti Cheat Service?
My brother says this is something called a false positive, and can't be fixed according to him. Does ANYONE have any solutions to this?

Same. Error code 9 using either steam or G1 login.
Xbox is listed as undergoing maintenance but didn't see any such notice for PC.

@Atropine are you getting a 500 error page shown to you in Armas?

Nevermind, I see it now.
It could be worse... they could just let the 500 propagate to the user but it's still unimpressive.

No error code on Armas. Just takes a long time to load and then a brownish background wall/paper and white text in the upper left corner that says "unhandled exception"

Edit: Was able to find some info on forums. I guess this is part of the data center change and district reorg.
