password reset ?
reloaded the game on steam tried to play told i need to reset my password, went to site got email back instantly both the address to go to ,to reset it ,had a line through them so no good went to the support forums and was asked to log in ..but i cant because it tells me to reset my password when i try to ?.....circles and round and round come to mind ?.......only ever had 1 email so i know that.s not the problem ...... ideas?

can't 'change password' cause my account is linked to steam, how the hell am I gonna change the password then, and what password??

no both ask me to sign in it says its not correct email or password as i said i have only ever had 1 email so i know that correct and so is the password as i have them stored in my phone for just this occasion

We require users to be logged in before submitting a request for security reasons - meaning you'll have to make a new account and use it to recover your old one.

do you mean make a new account using my exsisting email address, as its the only one i have wont it over- right the old one and lose all my gear and cars i have on my original account? or can i use my exsisting email and choose another password ? to mke a new account on the same email address?

ok thx for the help guys made a new email and new account got into game made a temp chr ..now how do i get my old chrs back //?

go back to the g1 support page and login with the new acc

ask for a password reset on the old acct

ok have sent them a mail explaining it all thank you for your help hopefully i will get my old chrs back soon ...
