Ntec or Joker Carbine?
Which of the two is better? All opinions are welcome

Ntec of course, joker carbine is very difficult to play with. But if you are a scrub and you got the option to choice, get a sniper for a permanent weapon.

The carbine is too much of an RNG gun. Use the N-tec.
