No one is forcing you to buy it.
You're a scam, a scam of Steams server space.

Guys! Be kind, please.

All can share their opinions about the game, I can tell Gamers always post in the forums where the game is interesting for them, they don't post on forums they don't like the game and it's very normal to see negative and positve ideas/opinions.

Most important Forum Rule as reminder for all users :

Respect each others opinion. Don’t try and force your own opinion onto someone or deride what other members believe about the game.

I never Played Miner Wars, But I own Medieval Engineers, I stopped playing a long time ago while it was early in development, but at the time I liked that one, I just preferred Space engineers. What was wrong with it that you would list it as a negative for the developer?

For SE1, while it is a good game overall, the addition of planets made the game a buggy nightmare as well as a resource hog, then removing the Default space only map so that your only option was to start a "empty world" if you didn't want planets really killed the game for me as most people wanted to stay on the planets, even the scenarios and DLCs focus on the planets. Really took the fun out of a Multiplayer SPACE game for me.

I bought Miner Wars to see what it is and I really don't like this kind of games so I have uninstalled it.

Medieval Engineers is one I liked a lot, I played +2000 hours and would have been my Fav game on Steam if they would not have removed the Worker BOTs.

+
I hope they will add something similar as ME Worker BOTs to SE2, would be very cool to hire "Helper BOTs" at Planet Trade stations if they add.

EDIT
Note
In case some don't know me I must specifiy :

-> I am not a SE Dev but forum Moderator community helper/game tester and very active player, I also help the SE community since 2013 because it's my Favorite Sandbox game on Steam, and they gave me the [Dev] Tag so I can be admin of the Workshop to help more

I will add :

SE2 already got the coolest part of Medieval Engineers (small on large), all blocks can merge together in SE2 and way much better than Medieval Engineers because of the new option named "Precision mode" = we can place blocks where we want to.

So they may add something similar as ME Worker BOTs to SE2 since they already tried it and Marek said he wants to add NPCs to SE2.

This is really scam. Rosa tries do old trick again: feed gamers with fairy pictures of future. Don't buy this. At this time this "game" contains less than SE1 in 2014 when it released in early access. SE2 will never be done. In best way you'll get full of bugs alpha but they will say that it is release. And will offer you to buy DLC. Ahh, stop, they already selling DLC to SE2.
do I really need to post the definition of a scam yet again!? I chose a bad time to come off my forum break. Back to hibernation I go
SE1 is one of the most fun games Ive ever owned, thats not a scam, SE2 is in Alpha stage, you can wait until it goes full production. This isnt a scam, dont expect any software to be at any point "good" in Alpha, and sometimes even beta

what is interesting, is that someone had to spend time, do some research to formulate an opinion like yours.
Its not just a drive by stab for giggles, no, you put actual work into this.

Welcome to the early access, where many products never make it to the finish line for dozens of different reasons.

Game development is not "We starting to creating a game until it is finished", that is not how game development works, not at all. There are many reasons why game developers struggle to finish a game in development. Even AAA publisher struggle a lot with it and the development is stopped often even before we heard anything about that game. Sometimes, many years later, a developer speaks about such projects that never made it. Often enough this days we here about the stop of development of a game, like at last Crysis 4 (and they stopped already last year). And many of such game projects are late in development and struggle.

Like I said there are many reasons why a game project didn't make it. Early access add others reasons like too less buyers, to less players who are interested into that game. Could be a reason why ME was stopped beside the lead programmer left the company.

Miner Wars, I think this project never reached enough interest in the gaming community, especially as it was planed as an MMO.

And yes, as a customer you should be also able to calculate the risk for yourself and should be able to accept that a project maybe didn't see the finish line. That is the risk when you buy a game in development.

At the end every developer works to make money, to be able to feed themselves and their family. If you notice that a game project has for what ever reason no future, you don't keep going until your company is bankrupt, you stopp it and try something others.

There's a difference between someone's opinion, and someone using a word wrong. Scam means that fraud took place. To my knowledge, Keen have not defrauded their customers ever. Ending development on a game is not fraud(scamming). Just because you don't like an outcome, or even the game in question, does not make it a scam. Words have specific meanings on purpose. That is how we communicate to one another. When someone uses a word incorrectly, that word's definition means nothing in the context of the person talking. So no, SE2, SE1, ME, and MW are not scams.

Do you even know what the word scam means?..... I don't think you do.

First entry in Oxford dictionary:
"Scam-a dishonest scheme; a fraud."

NOTHING Keen has ever done matches this definition.

Also, did you even bother to look what the SE2 'DLC' even is? Of course you didn't....

It is clear why some users use the word "scam", only because it sounds very bad, that is all.

They only want to use bad soundings words to do as much damage as possible. And yeah, this behavior we see a lot in normal life as well.

Angry people who are only be happy if they destroy something for others. Not because they want to do something positive, it is only a very selfish behavior, they don't want that something has a success they don't like for what ever reason. Envy is often a reason, they can't accept that others have fun with something they don't like.

Yes there have been times when developers sometimes don't follow up with our expectations like we think we expect more from them but some failures just means their learning and we shouldn't push them to fix what they did from previous published titles nor should we force them to halt their progress in finishing what their doing right now. Developers do their utmost diligence to do what their asked to do and try their hardest to get it done on time. Sometimes things just don't go the way we want it to go.

Developers learn from past mistakes and never ever try to make those same mistakes twice even if its a different title. Every title has their advantages and disadvanges that are either easy or hard and they try their most talented leaders to do the job right, not twice so we should try to understand the challenges they are facing. Developers should never ever have to go back to a previous title that you think they have failed telling them to fix it when they should put their minds and hearts into working on the next title.
