Unlike a "normal" soundtrack, it's downloaded as wav files inside the install folder
"Dive into the world of Space Engineers 2 at its earliest stage, with thrilling updates on the way, and enjoy the official soundtrack, a creative vault filled with concept art sketches, behind-the-scenes materials from the developers, and stunning exclusive wallpapers.
And there is more to come! As Space Engineers 2 evolves, we plan to bring even more exclusive content to the Pioneer Edition, including new music tracks, wallpapers and concept art, and other exciting materials along the way."
There is no mention of game content at all, it is all extra stuff outside the game. And I think alone the soundtrack is worth it. I like it, beside one single song that really don't match into a space game for me.
See Balmung Post above.
That one that sounded more like it would be from a wild indigenous folk. That didn't really matched for me to a Sci-Fi space game like Space Engineers. On a other soundtrack it would be better, because it is no bad song in general. And even after the OST run for the ~10th time it felt too off, so I removed it from my playlist... not that I gave it no chance. XD
what's music?
