Better Block Rotation
Would love to have a better way to rotate blocks, using the CTRL key if very awkward and for me, not sustainable.

Is that how you're supposed to rotate blocks? I couldn't figure it out. They either changed the controls and didn't say anything or I changed my SE1 keybinds a decade ago and forgot.
Ya, you use the Precision key which is CTRL and then use the ASWD keys to rotate the block.

It took me a sec to get use to us, but it's fairly intuitive

you can't press ctrl and use WASD at the same time? you never played a shooter before or something!?

I second this i loved the num# pad rotation in SE1 especially because my pinky finger is F***ed up

Since movement controls are all still wasd-adjacent and camera/placement control is mouse based.
This new keybind for rotation lets me more seamlessly move around and place blocks without having to reach for the PgUp/PgDn etc.
I like the new rotation But regardless we need a way to rebind control ASAP

Yup, plenty of times, CS1, the original Doom, Wolfenstein, Unreal Tournament, etc.....

Small hands mean that the angle I have to use my pinky is awkward. Would rather use shift or alternate key. Probably on my mouse. ALT key would be better, as it is where my thumb rests.
