white screen after launch screen

After the start up game menu, I click chrono cross game tab and just goes to a white screen. Newest nvidia driver. uninstalled and reinstalled. tried different drives.

I had an issue with loading it up at first - it gave a Vram error - if your playing on a laptop - you have to register it in your graphic settings in order to run it.

im on a 3060 ti asus

Yeah my laptop can run Elden Ring however the Vram error prevented me from playing this or Legend of Mana(I would get something similar to a scratched disk effect - imagine would be still while the music kept playing) Chances are it probably is the VRAM error - there is a workaround to running it on your graphics card as opposed to your CPU in your settings.

I got it to work had to run the game in windows 8 compatibility mode

issue came up again. It seems to have been outdated rivatuner and msi afterburner issue. Updated and seems ok so far.
