What impact does the +/- have on the "Turn" elements?
I understand how the +/- values work in general, but how does it impact something like the Turn elements? Does "Turn Black +2" last for 2 more turns or something like that?
Thanks in advance.

As far as I know elements lvl 5-6 are almost the same used as lvl4, so -1 or -2
but when it comes to turn Colour I honestly don't know, seems like lots of conflicting info out there on the internet. Still I doubt that
Maybe using Turn Colour +2 or +3 used on a character and then attacking will show some results.
Just found this - https://www.reddit.com/r/ChronoCross/comments/1abz48v/turncolor_elements_only_affect_offensive_innate/ and to be honest I too never noticed any difference when adding a colour to an enemy when it comes to defense.

edit: still the what does the +X does is kind of a mystery but I imagine it simply makes it more effective by few percent.

Thanks for your quick response. I'm just curious, but maybe someone who's familiar with the source code of the game will know.

Level doesn't increase duration, only damage and healing, I'm fairly certain*. It is highly recommended you keep turn elements low on your grid regardless and put them on characters who aren't your magic damage dealers.

You mean put them on magical users and use them on Physical dmg dealers... because using it on yourself, just wastes time... since stamina needs to go up before you can attack
And it seems that actually putting turn colour on enemy doesn't do anything, you hit it with the inverse (or whatever you wanna call it) colour, physical or magical doesn't matter. but when the damn enemy puts turn colour on my characters and hits me with element it seems to do more damage.
At least that's my experience with the game, so far up to 97 crashes / freezes x___x
