Kid HotShot Code not working?

I tried inputting L Triangle R Triangle but I didnt get the tech. Anyone knows what to press for the codes>?

It's still L, triangle, R, Triangle. Did you use the dialogue box with choices instead of pressing the buttons? It's a change they added in this version

yup i use the dialogue box to pick. It didnt work no matter how many times i did it..

There was another thread here that mentions a similar problem to yours, he said the solution was to temporarily disable your controller and use your keyboard for that scene as it sometimes doubles the input of the buttons

i dont play with controller, i was using keyboard all the way =(

Sorry, out of ideas on how to fix it, but I did go back to it and made a video. I used both keyboard and controller to test it out

Thank you so much for going beyond to help me! I am an absolute idiot

I thought all the shapes correspond to each letter ( O = L , X = R etc) and Triangle was A according to the note. Basically I didn't know the 2nd column can be click.... I am an idiot. Thanks so much!
