Shiloh's story in the Step 3 DLC (spoiler)

So, i just finished the new DLC, and i really really loved it, but also i got pretty confused at some point

Basically, i understood that they finally met Shiloh again, but when they found out about what he did when he first saw them again at that other "episode", and then he explained how that was just his personality, i just got really confused... Like, i unsderstand WHAT he did, but not WHY he did it

I dont know if its because english is not my first language, so i just didnt really understand what they were saying, or if it just actually was a confusing scene...

From what I gathered from that scene, he didn't have any real reason. Maybe he just panicked because he didn't expect to see old friends. From reading about him in xoxo droplets, he's a pathological liar, so he seems to lie just for the sake of lying.

in xoxo droplets fandom along with our very own favorite dev we call him a spotted snake (because of the freckles) He's in the same after school club with the rest of the jerk squad (as we call the guys from that game + the protagonist because she's a jerk too) that after school program is made for kids in the school that can't get along with anyone else. the most unfriendable bunch at the school.

Nate: the high-strung athlete that you 'met" with Shiloh when they were on their trip that first time when he yelled at you and Liz.

Jeremy who grows up to be a miserable mope and that has given up on being happy.

Everett (my favorite) an obnoxious mommas boy that thinks he's trendy and hip.

Shiloh the spotted snake. manipulating his way around the school befriending the right people and the right time and then disapearing after he gets what he wants from them.

Pran and unmovable rock of a man who says just about as much. (he doesn't care)

Bae (yes that's his name) a condescending jerk that thinks he's smarter and more mature than anyone else in the school.

and JB the protage who'es bold and brash and just wants to date cute guys and doesn't care how bad their personalities are. 😂 every route she seems to be able to find a balance between her jerk qualities and theirs and make it work. lol



superficially Shiloh looks and acts just as he is in Our life he pretends to be an innocent sweet boy, but his actually a manipulative lier.

to be truthful, I wasn't quite sure if Shiloh was even being honest when he was "being honest" because he pulled that move on JB (the protag from xoxo droplets) and later said something about not really having a personality and adapting to whatever makes the other person feel better.

the devs have always said the do not really know what Shiloh's real personality is like and it's up for interpreation

i was sooooooooo angry with him the thing that upsetted me the most was that he was doing this all along back in step 1 in the childhood phase so next time i re-play step 1 my perspective of shiloh will be SOOOOOOOO different i will never see him the same way as i used to i know he and jeremy are from the game xoxo droplets but i diddnt play much of that game since i wassnt a fan of the gameplay so i never really played it much that f*cker even doessnt give a crap that the characters were alll upsad and angry he was like OH WELL NOT MY PROBLEM he applogized but i could tell he diddnt mean it not one bit cove was right when he said that the world changed from a likeble shiloh to a mean shiloh and a mean jeremy to a likeble jeremy
