Rock Paper Scissors

Playing rock paper scissors with Cove was certainly an experience. I picked paper 3 times in a row, he picked paper 3 times in a row. I thought the joke was gonna be that we picked the same every time and it'd be a draw or something. But it kept going.
About 10 draws later, i thought i had softlocked or something and considered reporting the error.
Only now did cove finally beat me. And nobody acknowledged the extremely awkward few minutes that must have been.
What are the actual odds of winning/losing against Cove? Was this some incredible coincidence or is the game rigged in some way?

What Cove chooses is random, but the odds aren't a perfect 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3. It leans towards paper, then scissors, and least likely is rock. And Baxter always chooses rock.

That would explain it, as Rock was my final pick and what finally broke the streak.

ahhhhh i see i choose to be sick on the boat so the option for that game wassnt there
