It's honestly really neat, I love it when devs put in these sorts of weird little things you have to try to find.
I know that making a different type (aka sweet vs savory) doesn't change anything, but I've yet to try making a "bad" one since I tend to fall into the "make something that make sense" trap.
I could swear that I did the turkey thing again in Step 4, maybe it showing up again depends on what options you pick?
Also definitely going to see what deliberately picking bad combos and complaining about it does when I get around to the next run, though I half suspect that if it does do anything it's less "sharing" and more "here take the whole thing" with Cove being so consistently flustered over MC's cooties :p
As far as not liking your sandwich, nothing really happens there. Neither you nor Cove say anything about it and the story just continues.
