Game Issue
When I started up my game, I went into career, and my next race in the Truck series was Chicagoland, I started my work plan, all was ready, and i hit "Go to Event" and then my game just closed, not crashed, but just closed, didn't get a crash pop up, it was as if I hit alt-f4. Any ideas what could be done to fix this?

We think we have this fixed. Give us another day or so to test and make sure we don't break something else, and we'll have it out. I'm targeting Monday to release the update, barring any unforeseen issues.

Thanks,
Sean

I'm currently running into this issue. Game was working fine last night, just decided today it's not going to agree with going to an event. I uninstalled and reinstalled controller drivers, checked video drivers, and verified game files to no avail. Have you had any luck since yesterday?

Unfortunately no, i think i might have to simulate this race, as big as that was, i need to avoid one race to do more, I'll try simulating it and see if that makes it better, i'll keep you updated!

Simulating does not fix the issue, it will crash.

I went ahead and tried doing Quick Races to see if they work, and there are no issues (for me at least). Only going to an event in the championship provides the problem, apparently no matter what the track. Not really sure why after hours of gameplay this issue presented itself. Hopefully 704 is aware of this issue and will release an update soon.

Contact 704 support. I know there have been a few people on console reporting a similar problem in twitter, might help them to know it happens on PC as well.

I opened a ticket with 704, I'll make sure I update this when they get back with a solution.

Thanks guys, keep us updated. I haven't yet progressed out of the dirt series and I am hoping I don't run into the same issues.

I think what happened to me, is i saw that my game bugged a bit, I am taking part in both Dirt and Truck for my first truck season, and my game for some reason thought my next race was at Taggart, but then it said trucks was next, so now each time I load up career (it now says Chicagoland) it still thinks it has to go to Taggart, so it crashes, since trucks can't go to Taggart.

I think you're right Gandhi. My next race was dirt Bristol, then for some reason it assigned trucks there first, whereas the next truck race is for me is Dover. Now it's stuck on Dover!

Hey everyone,
Sorry you are experiencing this issue. We are working hard to fix it. Would you mind sending your PC save file of the game that is experiencing the crash to our support team at: support@704games.zendesk.com?

The file/s would be located here:

C:\users\<your name>\NASCAR Heat 4\SaveData

They are very small files. Getting those will help us better understand what is happening to you so we can make a fix ASAP.

Thank you,
