When Quinn visits her dealer's house he asks her if she's talked to "her". It sounds like there is someone there that is very strung out to the point where she would not recognize Quinn. We see one girl crashed out on a mattress on the floor, but we never get a good enough look to know who she is and how she fits into the story.

Any theories on who they are talking about? Maybe the dealer and Quinn are related? Maybe the junkie is her/their mother?

For the scene with the Rox man with the same tatoos around the corner of the eyes as Quinn's, i think we are in Quinn memories, as a child. The POV is the one of child Quinn and Rox may be her father or brother.

The woman seems more like the mother and she doesn't remember Quinn.

We see a flashback of Rox and Buddy, Rox is assumably Quinns father, and the "woman" he and buddy talk about probably her mother but also a complete addict, zoned out of this world.

Also I got the feeling Buddy two appearances in scenes are with a young and old Buddy. However i'm not so sure because i didn't keep his visual in mind in my first playthrough, and in my second, i forgot to pay attention due to skipping scenes...

Yes, the first one was a flashback, the second one when Quinn visited him was "current" time
