It just tells me to find archangels but I'm not able to leave the island, there's an elevator but it won't let me in. I'm so genuinely confused

Hello, as the title suggests the moving platform in Astral Citadel right in the beginning of the game is not working for me. At first i thouhgt i am doing something wrong but after looking up on youtube im quite sure its nothing on my part. After i kill both waves of enemies the left side opens up and i stand in the middle of the platform nothing is happening. Already did this like 3 time and even reseted the game twice....

Why can't I take a screenshot only in your game? Nothing happens when clicked. I tried both in full screen and in the window
