Not sure if it is any help to people, but I just uninstalled Realtek off my machine after having similar crashing issues with it on other games and I am now able to load the game fine after having this crash

Unitypalyer.dll crashes are generally because you have Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workshop installed. Uninstall them and reboot

I have the same problem and made the all steps mentioned before. But it doesn't help. And I don't have the Citrix installed :(
