Can my computer runs this ? how is it i5 4th generation compare to my system below
i7-3770 | 16 GB RAM | Nvidia GTX 10501 Ti OC

According to the store page... You beat all the recommended specs except your CPU, which meets the minimum specs. (Edit: Wait, do you have the i7 or the i5? If the i7 is yours, you're more than fine.)

i7 3770 (this is 3rd generation) 3.4GHz boost to 3.8Ghz .
the minimum requirements page says i5 4th generation .

Ah I see. Yeah, the generation is older, but the i5 even in 5th generation has less cores and a lower frequency than your i7, so you're plenty fine. :)

i'd be more concerned about the GPU than the CPU tbh.

You have sort of the same system as I do:

I7-7700k Processor
32 Gigs of Ram
Nvidia 1080 8 Gig Card
1 TB SSD Hard Drive

Still waiting on the RTX 3080's to come back in stock before I do a full system upgrade. That is the only thing holding me back unfortunately.

I got bored of Civ 6 and hope this game is better in some ways. Still on the fence about it though.

If you check your System with the Minimal-Requirements and you have more then you are on the Save-Side. Mostly the Saystems are between the Minimum-Requirements and Maximum-Requirements.

Or a Mix from between and Maximum.
