That will never exist.
if i can do one turn in chess, the ai must be able to do just one turn too.....
if i have to pay i dunno 2 points for a upgrade, the ai must spend 2 points too, lets say something hypothetical cost 99999999999999999999999999999999999 and for the ai cost 99999999999999999999999999999999998 thats cheating already no matter how minor it is....
therse two types of cheating, the gameplay/directly rule changing cheats with would be a chess ai doing more turns than you,
or the ai having a advantage over you biological body with is something we usually don't care much about unless its a real time game like in starcraft the default game ai offer cheating less options, but google also made a AI that beat most pro players it was kinda cheating on the first version due to extreme spikes in clicks per second/minute, but it was changed on later versions, they limited the clicks per second instead and having to spend clicks moving the screen as well so it was finally winning by playing better instead of taking advantage of humans limitations, this is some minor type of cheating that we really don't care about and is not really what i talk about tho, but gameplay/rules changing cheats its something i usually never accept in games that i see as PVP games where is player vs player, and the AI is suposed to replace a human function.....
i don't mind ai cheating in campaing games due to devs creativity freedom to make good experiences, but when i see a game as a competition, like a PVP i really don't accept rules cheating its my personal taste.
Great but it's not cheating because it works the exact same way for you when you use auto explore.
some games have good challenging ai but not play better than humans, so it is possible yes, but its expensive.... however AI
like the age of empires 2 definitive edition, theres no rules cheat there as far i know (maybe just a fog of war cheat im not sure i never checked the code there only on other games)
so its possible, i did not want start a discussion wheter this is possible or not just wanted to know if it did cheat, or atleast if it was possible to disable the cheat.
tic tac toe is a game impossible to win...chess is all math which computers do very well. The other games you mentioned do not play better than human players.
i already got my answer i think so i would like to lock this if possible.
You can just play on Metro which is functionally an even game, although it's going to be an easy one to beat.
