No Mouse Pointer?

I just bought the game and started it for the first time. When moving the mouse I can see control items on the screen highlight, but I can't see a mouse pointer. I can't see any reports of that on the Board so far, so it's probably not a general problem. Still: Any ideas?

I saw in the comments of the last update that this seems to be a problem with the latest version. As I don't want to crawl under my desk to unplug the controller (that I don't want to use) I downgraded to the previous version. And - tadaa - it works.

BTW: Maybe an option to disable the controller would be a good idea. It kept rumbling on the desk from time to time. Gave me a heart-attack the first time it happened.
