Zooming
Could we get the Zoom function fixed so that it zooms in on the area where the cursor is pointing rather than just the middle of the screen? When running large complex maps the clicking and dragging method slows down getting from one side of the screen to the other in order to handle an incident.

LA Junction is just one example. When zoomed out to view the whole map the individual turnouts, signals and entry points are too small to accurately click on. If a train is arriving at the San Bernardino portal zooming in takes you to the middle of the map, then you have to click and drag the screen to get over there to handle it. If you then need to go across the map to the River portal it takes a lot of wasted time to get there. If zooming is based on the cursor location, to move to the other side of a large map it's just a matter of zooming out, point at the new area, and zoom back in. Other large maps are similarly cumbersome to navigate.

ASDW can also be used to navigate.

That's well and fine for those of you playing with two hands. OTOH those of us playing with only one hand available find switching from the trackball to the keyboard not an optimal way to do things when time is of the essence. It's a QOL thing for us.

If time is of the essence, Pause the game
but maybe double clicking or some other mouse function would be possible to allow the map to center.

Other programs are able to zoom in based on the location of the pointer, so it's not like the request is an absurd or abnormal one.

Some people like cursor zoom and some don't, but it's also pretty common to see it be a togglable option in other games, would make sense to both add it to RR, and have it be an option IMO.
