Fixes for FPS issues.
After having tried the suggestion the devs recommended and it only helping marginally, I actually found a solution which I think is the culprit of this problem.

Go to your steam library, right click the game and go to properties. Turn OFF Steam Overlay and this should fix any fps issues you're having.

Hopefully this helps people and the devs figure out what exactly is the technical reason for that but I know it's fixed the game running at 12 fps to now 200.

Just curious, what is your setup where you're having fps drops? I myself don't have what I would consider a high end machine... 16gbs of memory, nvidia 1070 and i7 6700 and I haven't had any fps issues.

It certainly not my specs. I have a i7 8700 with gtx 2060 and 16 gigs of ram.

The fps issues are not related to my specs but rather the steam overlay for me.

Hello!

Thanks for sharing your suggestions! We're still working on this issue, and Steam overlay seems like a good lead.

Cheers,

Play a long video, minimise it and then play game (temp fix) Sorted it for me.

The FPS issue goes away by opening Battle.net, for some reason. Seems to work like the YouTube trick mention above. :conwayshrug:

Doing this made my FPS even worse! I'm on a 9900K 2080 TI and this game is giving me around 95 FPS, which normally that would be fine. However no matter if I get 95 or even 120+ the game is not running smooth. Want to play but this is driving me nuts

Hello everyone, the devs have made a new update of the game, FPS issues may be partly solved, could you check the game again and get back to us if it's still buggy?
