Changing bindings? not registering new key

[Hell....weird shit too]

I tried to change the controller bindings to simply have heal on b and dash on rt. I have an xbox one controller connected via bluetooth dongle.

when I change the binding and it says waiting for new key input or whatever, nothing i press works. The game gets frozen because i cant get out of that screen. Have to alt f4 to get out.

I am also having similar control issues - My keybinds are all blank, and there is red text at the bottom saying "Duplicate keybinds" are present. I am unable to bind anything new to a given action without freezing; it always wants to start binding with the "move left" action regardless of what specific action I try to change.

Have you tried pressing default? Maybe then existing and re-entering?

i just started a new game and have this issue, bit silly the devs havent fixed this almost half an year later..

That is only because the issue appears to be so incredibly rare and no one seems to be able to find a consistent method to re-create it for us to be to fix it. /:
We even had saves sent to us but it was already corrected on them next time they entered the game, or they tried pressing "Default" on the keybindings first and that fixed it.

If you could upload your save for me before trying default then that may help us a lot. Let me know as well if pressing default/existing & entering doesn't fix it.

Pressing default does not fix it sadly, all keys appear "unbinded" and when i try to bind one it always goes to move left, and it does not register any key i input so i have to alt+f4 the game

Also, a screenshot of what you see so we can compare it vs when we'll see once we open up the file.

There is still something we can try though. First of all, what controller do you use? How did this issue start initially? Did you just go to the bindings menu for the first time after installing the game and that's how it was, or did you do something first?
