I've only played Arland + Sophie before Ryza, so most of my reccomendations are going to be from there.
My personal favorite Atelier BGM is the vocal version of Baumkuchen, which is actually originally from Atelier Viorate, but I can't find it this time... but there's a lot to look through. Kunpuu no Shoujo (Girl of the Summer Breeze, I think they call it here) is in this track list, though, so I've been using that instead. It's from either Atelier Annie, or Lina. Forget which one. Should be easy enough to find.
For battle music I've always liked the stuff from Meruru the best. Estrella is one of my favorites. And you can't go wrong with Renkinshoujo Meruru Vocal version. I think that's here. (Should be called Alchemy Girl Meruru, or something similar.) I'm also partial to meruru's ending theme, Cloudy, if that's here.
As for boss music, my favorite track in the entire series is Liela Xea, from Atelier Sophie. I don't remember if Dollmake is here, but that ends up on a couple of my playlists, so it's worth checking out as well.
There's a lot of Atelier games I haven't played, so I actually don't know all the songs, as I kind of want to avoid spoilers for last boss music and such.
But i'll just list the ones that i strongly remember
Atelier Iris

Thats it for now. Would list the mysterious games as well but i think i'll stop here first lol. For the Dusk games i'm still going through them so havent really formed an opinion on them yet.
*note that I dont distinguish between regular battle theme and boss themes, nor between area and dungeon themes.

Ayesha:
-Sleeping Earth (it reminds me of Ar nosurge)
-A Casket of Books and an Automaton (area theme, also kind-of theme of the alchemic 2 plus their kawaiibot I mean uh, librarianbot)
