How do I change the Interface language?
I see no option in the pre-launcher, nor the game itself.

I saw that I could edit the settings.ini file, but changing that from a value of 2 to 1 didn't seem to do anything either.
(I assume language=2 is English and =1 would be Japanese, but nadda)


I seriously hope I don't have to change the windows region for this game alone...
