Kumine Fruit?

I am currently on the quest to make Powerful fish bait and I have searched everywhere the guide says Kumine Fruit is located, can not find it. Is there somewhere I'm not looking, or is there a different place not listed I can look?

First time you can obtain them is in the Sunken Mine. Staff -> crates at the small ''ruins'' area.

The Secluded Farm and Old Town holds kurken fruit. Kumine fruit is different and can be found in other regions with shrubs or nearby with a gathering tool that harvests better quality items.
