I just got a Unique One-handed Weapon called Shadowrust (Damage 9, Drain Life +10, Melee Ataack +10). The problem arose when I equipped it (exchanging out a melee attack +4) & my melee attack went down. Is there some prerequisite that needs to be met to get the buff? My character is currently at lvl 9 & my melee attack was at 41 then dropped to 37. Is there a max at certain levels? Please let me know. Thanks...

I don't understand why you would limit the number of quests we can have at a time? Going around from town to town and getting quests gives you a reason to go out there into the world; why limit draw to get out there? It feels like an un-fun decision. :(...

Hello, first of all: it was unexpected that the perks say +2 something, +4 something and in the end you get not the sum of two perks, but the largest number. Secondly, many level 20 perks are extremely boring and at worst are just an enhanced version of an earlier perk. You expect a wow effect from a perk of the "master" level, not "+ a little more to the bonuses". A good example of a proper perk is alchemy, ignoring immunity to poison is a game changer, not just a boring bonus to the numbers. A bad exampl...
