need help, some of my games start but others don't.

I was screwing around earlier and I copied all of my ROMs to a cloud service and when I tried to play them, some of them start up like Metroid Fusion for the GBA, but others don't, like TLOZ ocarina of time for the N64, Castlevania Symphony of the Night for the PS1 and New Super Mario Bros. for the DS. did I corrupt something or is this an easy fix?
