MGBA core not working on Linux
### Environment information

- Steam version: Up to date version
- OS: Kubuntu 21.10
- RetroArch version: 1.9.12
- CPU: Intel i7-8565U (4) @ 4.600G
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
- Video/Audio/Input driver:

## Description
Cannot load a game with MGBA core on Linux

### Expected behavior
Should be able to launch a game for MGBA core

### Actual behavior
After selecting a .gba game, RetroArch display "No cores available" for suggested core.

### Steps to reproduce the bug
1. Install RetroArch on Steam
2. Download MGBA dlc on Steam
3. Launch RetroArch on Steam
4. Load the core
5. Load the game file
6. "No cores available"

### Troubleshooting Steps / Actions Taken

You're missing the .info file or it is in the wrong place. I see you are playing in both Windows and Linux operating systems. On Windows the .info files are located in the "info" directory from RetroArch installation directory, and on Linux they are in "cores" directory (don't ask me why is that). For now just copy the corresponding .info file from "cores" and place it in the "info" directory (create it if necessary).
The .info file tells the information about the core, including the supported extensions (required for RetroArch to show up cores on "Suggested cores" menu).
The problem is that if you start RetroArch for the first time on Windows, the saved configuration file has specific names that are the default (or only available) on Windows, and thanks to Steam Cloud you automatically get that configuration file ("made for Windows") to be loaded on Linux with the wrong directories. But yeah, I hope the devs fix this.

This was indeed the issue and now it's fixed, thank you. I also hope they will fix it.
