Does the steam cloud support game saves?
Like if i install the same rom on a different computer can i load up from there and continue where i left of? Im talking about in game saves not save states. Or should i just manually transfer them.

You can use "https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage" to open up your cloud and see what's inside your Retroarch saves, if you've already have played some games.

Yes, which would be one of the main selling points of using this steam-supported version of RA over the standalone. But this currently only works for Cores that are available from DLC store. Non-supported emulators like PCSX2 & Dolphin, you will need to manually transfer your saves.
