First of all I don't recommend you to use .iso they are heavy extensions that weight too much. My advice is to get a compression soft like Cue-GDI To CHD (not installer just a folder) that will convert your isos into .chd and will save you a lot of space. If you do so, just place the soft within the isos' folder and enter to the .bat file.
In regards to your issue I think:
Now, retroachievements should recognise your games even if they are .iso or other formats.
The thing here I believe are the names of those games in your disk, try renaming your games as something R.Achievs. can recognise. And find if they are us, jp or us too.
Sites like gamefaqs even have the box art, the right name for every region, the cover, etc. If you need the right name.
PS: if your games are psp you can rip them into .cso to save space with another soft (iso compressor).
The .iso does scan manually and loads the game, but it can only be played with the SwanStation core,
And looking at the Information section of the Quick menu for the game, it says
RetroAchievements Hash:
N/A
I just tried converting the .iso to a .bin/.cue thinking that might work since the rest of them that do work are in that format. This did not work.
I don't know. None of them work. The eboot files just do not scan, manually or not, and any iso's i convert them to are not seen by RetroAchievements. I am thinking of just getting the games fresh and not trying to convert.
This is has all been to turn PSP games into PS1 format games.
