Share config/saves/favorites over a NAS?

So I've got a home NAS set up (basically a big shared drive that all PCs in my house can access). I've already got the ROMs there so they can be accessed from all the PCs, but is there a way to keep everything about Retroarch the same across all PCs? Such as the input bindings, the saved games, the favorites list, etc?

I'm assuming the obvious first solution is to install all of Retroarch to the NAS, but that's probably a non-starter because some PCs are only connected via wifi (which would make the input delay insane, not to mention actually running the games that way would be questionable). Is there a functionality I don't know about?

Okay, looks like the saves get shared using the Steam cloud. So that's one thing solved. Now for the inputs, favorites, history, etc.
