I CANT DISABLE TOUCHSCREEN CONTROLS

After the update I have the touchscreen enabled and I can't disable it (it's disabled in the options) SOMEONE HELP

You can try and delete the retroarch.cfg file and then trying to disable the touch screen controls.

F1Menú RápidoF1Scrolleas hasta Superposiciones y si tenés algo ahí le das a no.

Gracias loco era eso, desactive la superposiciones en pantalla y se me arregló
