Ps5 controller with Pcsx2

There is a significant deadzone on the Ps5 analogue sticks when using Pcsx2. Ive put the deadzone to zero in Retroarch settings and the deadzone is clearly NOT zero. Is there any fix to this problem?? Games that require precision are pretty much unplayable. I really want to use Retroarch because of the shaders.

Seems like the PS5 controller in general was not optimized in a lot of the cores as PPSSPP has a worse issue regarding deadzones.

Unsure since I don't own one but, would like to assume so since the DualSense is still very new.

I know it's necro but did you managed to make Retroarch correctly take the input of the L1/L2 and R1/R2 with your dualsense? Because I tested a couple of games and even after setting the controllers from retroarch and then from the core, it stills takes as if I were pressing both L1 and L2 and R1 and R2 when I press any of those.

should've looked up in the discussions before asking.

I changed it but sadly it didnt fixed the issue where precisely:
L1 activates L1 and L2
L2 activates just L2
R1 activates R1
R2 activates R1

I will still try to lurk for answers. Maybe I changed something in the PCSX2 standalone?

To my knowledge, the best way to use any PS controller is to use it through DS4windows and HIDhide.

In other words, emulate a Xbox360 controller (blame Sony for their bad drivers)

You don't need any of this to use with Retroarch. I use my PS5 Controller on my laptop with no issues.

Rumble included? i'm veru skeptical the rumble would work without ds4windows. I might give it a shot
