As for getting cover arts for you games on RetroArch, you first need to create a playlist of the games in your library, then download the thumbnail pack from LibRetro's github linked below that matches with the systems for the playlists you've created. Please note that not all games are covered on RetroArch's database, so you may have to download cover art for certain games that are missing.
