DeSmumME audio crackle

When playing on the Desmume core, the game I'm playing has some odd audio crackle. As far as I'm aware, sound options aren't available in Desmume's core settings. Is there a fix to this?

Desmume requires pretty beefy spec to begin with, another option is to try melonDS which supports online play and DSi emulation, also less resource hog.

I seem to have mostly fixed the issue by setting JIT Block Size to 1. Though it may not work for everybody, especially those on lower-end systems.
