Dolphin steam deck help

I decided I wanted to replay some GameCube games, last month the core worked fine, this month it's doing nothing but crashing.

In the dolphin core setting page I get the following message on firmware:

(!) Present, Required: Dolphin 'Sys' folder
(!) You need the Dolphin Sys folder in system/dolphin-emu


So I'm confused on how it's reading the folder but at the same time it isn't? Any help would be appreciated. Also if I can't get this to work how would I move my MegaMan X command mission save to Dolphin proper?

you should just switch to using standalone dolphin its much better than the RA Core. to transfer the saves just copy the files in retroarch/saves/User folder to Dolphin User folder.
