Never heard of ciso only isos, bin + cue, etc. In case of double of more than 1 cd games I used a chd format which makes the emulator read the cds easily when you need to swap discs. I used the CUE_GDI_to_CHD free soft to convert the isos and they also save space.
.ciso Is a compressed iso file for gamecube games that work with the dolphin emulator. I also got .rvz files for the gamecube. But it seems like dolphin has trouble going from one format to another.

Oh. Dolphin... literally one of the cores that do not work properly on RA. I advice you to stick to standalone emulator instead.

Seems fine with single disks. I'll have to take time and try to convert the ciso and rvz to cue and bin files.
