Help with FinalBurn Neo.

Could someone please give me some pointers on what i need to do to get FinalBurn Neo working please?
Explain it like i'm an idiot.

First get the core:

Then you are meant to provide the games and the bios. I believe the bios must be on the roms' folder (Normally on system folder inside RA). Your roms can be anywhere. You just need to import content from the main menu (manual instead of auto is recommended) browse the folder, select the FBA's core.

And that should be it.

I'm trying to play Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and it's telling me that the game is known but i'm missing ROM sets.
What does this mean and what do i need to do?

Probably the rom is not for this emulator's version or you are missing some bios. Maybe you should try a more updated rom's version.
