Did you make a playlist? Did you place the bios in the right ("system") folder?

No, I installed RetroArch and the bettle PSX -DLC with Steam. Where get I this BIOS?

Don't ask that it's against RULES you are meant to provide them yourself from your own hardware. Maybe that's what you are missing. You can check on info for the error message.
Also make a playlist too.
Ok thanks.
To run PS1 games with both Beetle PSX cores (the software one and the HW version) you should use .cue files.

If your game doesn't have the .cue file, you can make it by using the .bin (or .bins) file of the game.
To do that, you can just use this online tool: https://www.duckstation.org/cue-maker/

Also, to run every PS1 game (PAL, NTSC and NTSC-J) you need the following BIOS:

"scph5500.bin"
"scph5501.bin"
"scph5502.bin"

Take them and put them in the "system" folder of RetroArch.
