If the fIrst of course it does. I recommend you this core:

I wonder, is there a reason why Snes9x is often recommended over Mesen-S?
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1222634/RetroArch__Mesen_S/
I feel Mesen-S is more accurate and might have more features (like super Gameboy, or support for HD texture pack replacements). But I keep seeing everyone prefer/recommend Snes9x, so I wonder if there's an actual reason for it or it's just because of popularity.
I was always wondering between snes9x and zsnes feeling the first one to be more compatible, less pc-demanding and less laggy than the other.
Well, when I heard about mesen-s I instantly thought this must be the best snes emulator as mesen is the best for nes imo. But I felt (and also as you read everyone would still recommend snes9x over mesen-s) that it was less compatible and less optimised than snes9x which was the old good and trusty emulator. So I decided to stick to it till there's some change and maybe I was influenced by reviews. Should give a try to mesen-s but as snes9x is SO ok I didn't rush lol.
Of course I'm talking now about ra's cores.
Anyways if mesen-s works ok and suits your style stick to it.
