I think you are talking about a GBA game therefore I recommend you mGBA which is a good core to play it.
So far its mostly useless big emulator for me.

This emulator detects correctly just a very small part of my ROMs collection? What wrong with this RetroArch? Does it need ROMs with specific name or specific hash or what? Or it has zipped and torrentzipped ROMs?

If it cant detect correctly is there at least option to load my rom manualy, good old open and select file?

Yes, the names must match the data base, Click Information> Database Manager> to get the correct names. You can manual Scan files that don't match or use Load Content. Load content first then select the core. If you have a large collection use software to correct names. Some one else may know about which software to use.

RA is not an emulator, it's an interfaces thar organises and lets you manage your roms/emulators more easily plus offering tons of pros.

Try manual scan on the folder your roms are. It detects zipped roms but struggles with other formats such as rar or 7z. If that's the case it may only detect some or don't detect the file at all.

RA is just perfect once you start to understand and master it. At first I was truly frustrated too but with practice I learnt the basics and then kept learning.
In any case...
In main menu, RA offers me only my Gamecube games in ISO. Sadly , I cant run them from RA cause it offers me just Amiga emulator for launch. :) Nevermind, i am using dolphin anyway.

When i try to open content manualy only ROMs i can see in directory are those in zip,7zip or iso, no other ROMs formats. :( And when i try to launch them (SNES and Genesis games) RA offers me just Amiga, ZXspectrum and ScummVM emulators :D Hilarious!
Launching of PS1 PS2 games causes cca 20-30 seconds of loading of something, then sudden pure white screen and thats end, i can only push Alt+F4

RA is Definitely odd piece of software, nothing for me! It looks like some wild Linux software with confusing functionality. Too bad, i thought its easy to use multiemulator.
I was wrong.

You need the correct cores enabled for each emulator you wish to use. Dolphin emulator is not supported by Steam RetroArch so no Wii unless you manual install the core.

Because you need to get the cores first.

See the dlc section:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/1118310/RetroArch/

If your core isn't there try this:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2777383392

And if you want the easiest way just get the RA from its site and copypaste it over steam's and you are done.

PS: dolphin core isn't working as well as its standalone version (outside steam which you can use right now) so don't get too excited to play wii/gc games on steam now.

It will come to steam as a separate product though by this year.
But i have all DLCs already installed. All of them, it was first thing i tried.

Many cores also need system files. Click load core, you will see a list of available cores and the consoles they emulate. Select a core you wish to use then click 'Information> Core Information' and you can see if you are missing any system files.
