how to play arcade games on retroarch

i tryed mega man on the CPS2

when i come to the title screen it says insert 2 coins

how do i do that?

Which emulator are you even using? Also keyboard or controller?
If MAME you can insert coins with 5 key or select from controller by default. You can change that on settings if you want.

im playin arcade games on MEME and a consol iv never heard of that i happend to find on a rom page Capcom S2

Sure, don't mention it. Some games let you disable the coin system and be free all the time. Always on the settings triggered by TAB key.
