Game Speed is too fast

Need to ask another stupid question.
During controller setup it seems i accidentally activated like a speed mode. Games are running way to fast like on 200-300% of normal speed which makes them unplayable.

Im assuming i did something to retroarch so it speeds up all games.
However i cant figure out what i exactly did so need your help reverting it.

Spacebar is FF by default.

deleting retroarch.cfg will reset defaults if you get stuck
