put PCSX2 in RetroArch

does anyone have a current tutorial on how to put PCSX2 in retro?

There's two ways to go about this. You can add them manually with the steps in the guide I will link below or you can download Retroarch from the website, copying it's contents to the Steam version to get it's online updater to get cores not available on the Steam version.
