how to launch quick menu?

in the stand alone of RetroArch, L3 + R3 launches the quick menu, but how do i open the quick menu in this Steam version of RetroArch?

F1 on the keyboard. If you want the controller combo, check the hotkeys and bind it to L3+ R3.
